With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry free.  We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.  If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:

● Replacing the product or

● Issue a refund**

● And we’ll also cover the cost of any return shipping.  Please retain all shipping/packaging materials for the return shipping.  Contact carrier to file a claim for goods damaged during shipping.

**If item is damaged during shipping or you need a refund for a defective product or for an error on our part, please contact Eva Jones at: or text only (928)830-5511.  Please contact within 7 days of receipt to qualify for the refund.  If you miss the deadline to report the need for a refund, contact Eva Jones with a request for an extension. This request will be subject for a review and determination.
